The Essential Workshop

Join me for a Detoxifying Restorative/Yin Yoga Class using essential oils that will encourage the release of toxins in the body and mind. The Hips are an area we tend to store stress and hold tension. The practice will focus on opening the hips to stimulate the kidney and liver meridians to clear energetic and physical blockages. The Essential Oils will help you to stay with the breath and focus to facilitate releasing and softening into your practice. After class we will dive into Essential Oils 101. This is the perfect time to ask your questions, experience the oils first hand and find out how you can take care of your family naturally.
May 23rd from 1 — 3:30 pm with Cassie
Single Class $12, Entire Workshop $20
Essential Yoga 1 — 2:15
