Princess and Pirate Tea Party
April 22, 2012 | 12 am
Bristol Regional Speech and Hearing Center is planning a ‘family tea party with a purpose’ on Sunday April 22, 2012 at the Bristol Train Station from 2:00-5:00. “The Princess and Pirates Tea Party” will be our first annual fundraising event with proceeds benefiting the mission of our organization. Last year, our organization served 3000 people with communicative disorders and donated $65,000.00 in reduced services and hearing aids to clients in our community.
The Princess and Pirate Tea Party will not only support this critical cause but will also be a fun interactive event for children and their families. Tickets to the event will be 25.00 for 1 adult and child and 10.00 for each additional person. We are encouraging attendees to come dressed as a pirate or princess. Admission includes: Photos by Mr. Picture Booth, Princess/Pirate Makeovers, Snacks and Tea, A Performance by City Youth Ballet, a Treasure Hunt, Take Home Crafts, Bouncy Castle, Make Your Own Puppets, Balloons by Magic Taylor and an Art Show featuring the art of Greg Ruth from ‘The Pirate’s Guide to First Grade’ and original art from Charles Vess. What a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
Tickets can be purchased at Bristol Regional Speech & Hearing Center (2603 Osborne Street – Bristol, VA) from 8:00-5:00 Monday-Thursday. Our Center is located across the street from the Bristol Mall. Tickets are also available for online purchase at www.princessandpirate.org.
