Cornhole Tournament at Bristol Rhythm and Roots Reunion

September 18, 2010 | 12 am

Young Professionals of Bristol will host BRRR's first Cornhole Tournament on Saturday of the festival, September 18th, 2010. Games will begin at 2:30pm and take place in the parking lot across from the Country Music Mural Stage in the 800 block of State Street.

“We’re excited to have the Cornhole Tournament as an addition to our festival,” says Leah Ross, executive director of Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion. “It’s such a popular game right now; we anticipate it may draw in people who have not attended the festival before.”

More than $1,000 in cash and prizes will be awarded. The entry fee is $30 per team, and each participant must purchase a Saturday or weekend pass to Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion in order to compete.

Registration is limited to the first 96 teams, and ends Friday, September 17th at noon. To register, visit bristolrhythm.com. For more information, call 423-360-8900.

The Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion Cornhole Tournament is sponsored by Honey Do Services. Proceeds will benefit BRRR.
