In this workshop, Cassie will apply oils that help you to move stagnant energy, detoxify the body, calm the mind, relax the body and restore equilibrium. A Restorative Yin Practice where you will focus on the breath, sensations of the body and stillness, teaches the power of scent memory. You will work from head to toe and end with a long final Relaxation and Yoga Nidra, helping to bring the body, mind and spirit back into balance.
A 30 minute Q A will be held after class for anyone interested learning more about essential oils and their benefits.
