Our busy lives and busy minds can keep us just that, busy. Taking time to slow down can be wonderful for mental and physical health. Join Nicole as we explore mindfulness. What is it? How can we invite mindfulness into our lives? We will learn about mindfulness as we work into the body with an asana practice, delve into our inner self through a mindfulness practice, and follow up with a restful savasana. All levels welcome!
