Join BPL or Canning, Freezing, Preserving, and More: Food Safety in the Kitchen with Sandy Stoneman from the Virginia Cooperative Extension office. Ms. Stoneman will provide participants with an overview of canning and food handling safety, as well as offer tips and tricks for the best way to preserve fresh food.
