What if the Grateful Dead hired Parliament's horn section, Stevie Ray Vaughn to play guitar, John Popper on harmonica and James Brown to sing? That's a pretty good start when trying to describe what you get at a Hillbilly Soul Show. Deep funky drum beats meet smooth doghouse bass notes while a shredding harmonica twins with a soaring melodic guitar. Then, add in four part harmony vocals on top — you get an infectious sound that will keep you coming back for more.
