Border Bash: Elliot Root

Elliot Root is an American alternative music group based in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee. After releasing two EP's ("II" & "Thoughts from Yesterday") in early 2015, the band has steadily become one of the most watched new acts in Nashville. Band members include Scott Krueger, Sean Truskowski, Justin Smith, Todd Bond, and Melissa Mattey.

Border Bash, a free summer concert series held annually May through August, celebrates its17thanniversary including children’s activities, arts & craft and food vendors in addition to live music and much more. All the events will be in the 400 & 500 Block of State Street this year, except for June17th, which will be held in the Downtown Center and July4thwhich will be held in Cumberland Square Park.
