5 Basic S’s of Drawing — Part 2
Students will learn the basics of drawing with pencils in this 2-part class taught by Virginia Hiss, an art educator with a B.F.A. from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master's in Art Education from the University of Pittsburgh. With emphasis on still life, the two-part class will cover the 5 S’s of drawing: shape, sight, spacing, shading, shadows, and more!
Lessons will be held on Saturday, July 9 and Saturday, July 16 from 10am – 1pm. Students are asked to bring a drawing pad (11 x 14 inches or similar), #2 pencil, pencil sharpener, Eraser, and a 12-inch ruler. The cost of the class is $55, to be paid at the first lesson.
