Troutdale Bistro Valentine's Day Menu

Due to Valentine’s Day falling on a Monday this year we are featuring our
special holiday menu for two days, February 12th and February 14th from 5 PM – 9 PM Call 423-989-3663 for reservations, as seating is limited!

1st course

Lobster bisque
Tomato dill
Calamari – prosciutto, pepperoncini, & provolone
Oysters Rockefeller
Red onion marmalade flatbread
Caesar salad — house made focaccia croutons and shaved parmesan
Simple green salad – blue cheese, ranch or balsamic dressing

2nd course

Veal Saltimboca with risotto or fettuccini
VA. Crab Stuffed Filet of Beef – confit fingerling potatoes, charred grape
tomatoes, mushrooms, wilted spinach with a peppercorn veal sauce
Chilean Sea bass — with vanilla bean hollandaise, King farm sweet potato
hash and sautéed asparagus
Lyttle farm braised lamb – papperdelle, celery and carmelized cauliflower
with lamb jus
Chicken piccata – lemon, capers, garlic, white wine & herb risotto
Goat cheese ravioli – King farm butternut squash, sage cream and toasted
pine nuts

3rd course

Willie’s cheesecake – chocolate-banana
White chocolate craisin bread pudding
Chocolate – torte, with house made vanilla bean ice cream
Espresso crème brulee – almond biscotti
