Bristol heats up as the Bristol PepperFest returns Saturday, September 5th, from 2 – 7 p.m.
at The Downtown Center (a.k.a. Farmer's Market at 810 State Street)!
This free event, presented by Believe in Bristol, features firey competitions, culinary demonstrations, hot pepper plant sales, sauces, food trucks and other “spicy” vendors,
a beer garden, and live music by House Mountain Mojo.
The Delta Blues Blazin' Hot Wing Showdown will give up to twelve contestants the opportunity to win if they are the first to finish a plate of extreme wings!
Harmony Farms will bring us a deck of 10+ ultra-hot peppers for up to twelve contestants to sweat during the ultimate Beat the Heat Pepper Eating Challenge.

Teams of two will battle it out in a double elimination format, meaning every match matters and no team goes home without a fight. Whether you're a seasoned bags veteran or just looking for a reason to get in on the PepperFest action, this is the tournament for you!
