$8 Lunch Class – Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 12:15-12:45 pm
Mid-Day Motivation – Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 1 pm
Ashtanga Yoga – Tuesdays @ 6 pm
Kids Yoga – Wednesdays @ 4 pm
Chair Yoga – Wednesdays @ 1 pm
