Volunteers Needed for Mumford Stopover!

Mumford & Sons are bringing the Gentleman of the Road Bristol Stopover on August 11. Believe in Bristol, Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion and the Birthplace of Country Music Alliance are responsible for getting volunteers for the beverage stations, the information booth and ticket scanners for the event. Therefore, we are seeking volunteers who want to be part of the event. Volunteers must be 18 years or older and be willing to work a six hour shift. The shifts are from 12 p.m. – 6 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 12 a.m. on Saturday, August 11. Volunteers working the beverage gardens will be required to attend one of two scheduled ABC training sessions. The sessions are scheduled for August 2 & 7 at 6:00 p.m. and will be held in Cumberland Square Park, Bristol, VA.

You will be issued a t-shirt for the day that will identify you and allow you access to the event during the time that you are not working.

Please fill out the attached forms and return to us by Thursday, July 26.
