KP Duty Farm-to-Table Menu on Wednesday Night

Local Chef Blake Sallie will be preparing a special "Farm to Table " menu on Wednesday nights at KP Duty — come enjoy good food from local farmers! We promote locally grown or raised animals, vegetables, herbs, and fruit. The menu for Wednesday, June 26 includes:
* Salad — Roasted beets, River Valley Farms sorrel, Zieganwald fresh feta and a brown butter emulsion
*Appetizer — Soy-brined Roffey Farms Fried Chicken thighs, pickled kale and radishes
* Entree — Roffey farms marinated flank steak, caramelized leeks, green tomatoes.
