First Course
Calamari — pepperoncini, provolone and herbs
Spinach and ricotta gnocchi — brown butter sage and parmesan
Virginia Beach Dayboat Scallops — seared with sauteed winter vegetables, red wine gastrique and angel hair pasta
Red onion marmalade flatbread — bacon, boursin cheese, roma tomatoes and fresh mozzarella
King Farm Butternut squash and sweet potato soup with chives
House green salad with local greens, onions, tomato, cucumber with choice of dressing


Second Course

Virginia Beach Crab Stuffed Filet — roasted fingerling potatoes, exotic mushroom blend, charred tomatoes, local wilted greens and peppercorn veal sauce
Lyttle Farm Braised Lamb — papperdella, carmelized cauliflower, celery and lamb jus
Veal Saltimboca — sage, prosciutto, white wine garlic butter sauce and housemade fettuccini
Goat Cheese Ravioli — local butternut squash and sweet potatoes, sage cream and candied pine nuts with choice of chicken or shrimp
Housemade Fettuccini Carbonara — Templeton Farm eggs, pancetta, peas and shaved reggiano parmesan with choice of chicken or shrimp
Shrimp and Scallops — over creamy herb polenta, pepper, onions and white wine lemon tobasco butter
