Clothesline Project

April 12, 2011

April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month and the Crisis Center has organized
The Clothesline Project to honor women and men who have been affected by
sexual and domestic violence. The Clothesline Project works to create
awareness about these issues; it celebrates those who have survived, and
remembers those who lost their lives due to such violence. Join us and enjoy
local music, food vendors and make t-shirts that reflect your experience
or... the experience of a loved-one. The event is free of charge. Donations
are appreciated and will go to the sexual assault program at the Crisis
Center.
