City Launches Economic Survey

July 06, 2011

The City of Bristol is seeking input from residents about the local economy through a confidential 14 question survey that will take just minutes to complete. The survey is designed to receive feedback about the local job market, strengths and weaknesses of the local economy, and other economic information. The survey results will be aggregated and be assessed to understand the strengths, weaknesses, concerns, and opportunities to grow the economy. Mike Sparks, Deputy City Manager-Development, encouraged wide participation noting that “the data will be an important indicator to the city in identifying areas of focus in the future.” The survey is available at www.bristoltn.org or on the City’s Facebook page. The survey will be posted until Monday, July 18, 2011.
