Chief Economist for Wells Fargo and a Panel of Regional & International Business Professionals to Discuss the Economy in the Coming Years

The Bristol Public Library’s 2012 Discovery Series presents John Silvia, Chief Economist for Wells Fargo and a panel of regional & international business professionals for a Discussion and Breakfast on Tuesday, June 5th at 8 a.m.

John Silvia is a Managing Director and the Chief Economist for Wells Fargo. Prior to his current position, Silvia worked on Capitol Hill as Senior Economist for the U.S. Senate Joint Economic Committee and Chief Economist for the U.S. Senate Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee.

Silvia will head up a panel of regional and international business professionals to discuss the Economic Outlook for the coming years. The panel will include Richard Harrison of Queen’s University Management School in Northern Ireland, UK; Robert Brien, Marketing Consultant for The Haverford Group; and President and CEO of Strongwell, John Tickle.

The event will begin at 8 a.m. in the J. Henry Kegley Meeting Room with breakfast followed by a panel discussion and Q&A session. Tickets are $25 and include breakfast. Space is limited.
